MCCC Management Team
At Mukisa we are all caregivers and one big happy family! The children call us all Auntie and Uncle and we all provide loving care to each of them. Our programs are run by our full time team and specialists in art, music and sports. We also have part-time caregivers that engage with the children and assist the specialists. We could not be successful without our community mobilizer who provides information to the community about our programs and gives us feedback regarding what the community needs.

In addition to being our number 1 Auntie, Auntie Gorgeous manages our day to day operations and planning. She is an experienced adminstartor who loves children. Her care for the children is evident in her committment to them each day and the hugs requested from each one of them. Gorgeous effectively leads, rallies to set goals, and guides the team toward their achievement. Her administration is reliable and steadfast.

Housekeeper
We could not manage without Cathy! Cathy keeps our Centre clean and provides the children and staff with healty meals everyday. Cathy also provides back up as an assistant to the specialists whenever needed. Her number one job is caring for her 5 children ages 2 to 14 years.
Stephen-Uncle,
Groundskeeper/Askari (Guard)
Stephen is more than a gate keeper! Stephen is responsible for keeping our compound clean and safe. He manages our garden and compost and ensures that children entering the Centre are safe and excorted by approved guardians. Stephen is growing into one of our dependable assistants.
